SUPPORT US
Why Support InfraSound?
We believe in advocating for artists by supporting them through paid performance opportunities. We are committed to paying our artists fairly for their creative work. Beyond paying our artists, we are also raise funds for newly commissioned works, the administrative fees for our team who has been developing and planning our season behind the scenes for many hours each week, as well as operating costs such as our website, purchasing scores, booking venues, buying coffee for early morning rehearsals, and more.
What is Infrasound?
InfraSound is a NYC based ensemble that designs experimental music experiences for people of all backgrounds, encouraging individuals to engage with experimental music through outreach performances, education, and conversation. Our in-house ensemble is made up of artists, advocates, performers, and leaders, who prioritize accessibility and allyship in New Music. Our mission as an ensemble is to amplify the works of individuals who are largely unheard through community and collaboration, redefining the promotion and presentation of experimental music to create a more sustainable future.
None of this would have been possible without the generous contribution by last year’s donors. You are the foundation that allows our ensemble to push the envelope of what it means to be an experimental music collective in 2022.
IS MY DONATION TAX DEDUCTIBLE?
Yes! As a 501(c)(3) organization, all donations are tax-deductible to the extent of the law. Watch out for our 2022/2023 fundraiser! These perks include special InfraSound logo magnets, free tickets to concerts, special shoutouts, unique compositions written specifically for you, and more! You can also donate at anytime at the link below.
InfraSound’s 2023-2024 Season is supported in part by New Music USA's Organization Fund and Chamber Music America's Ensemble Forward Grant, as well as support from audience members like you
